Fees and Funding
Once your child is attending nursery, we require 1 calendar month’s notice of any changes you wish to make. Fees must be paid monthly, in advance, on the 5th of each month (the due day) by BACS only. Payment can be made via childcare vouchers and tax-free childcare.
Fee’s due are calculated by the number of attendances in a calendar month. Please note full payment is due for all bank holidays and training days.
What do we include?
We don’t just provide standard childcare. Our Extras are items and services that make our nursery different – for example Forest School and Art Studio/Atelierista inspire 2’s and over 3’s. But in all age groups it includes meals, and in younger age groups nappies. In 2-3’s we also have additional staff we provide over and above the statutory requirements (1-4 rather than 1-5) because we believe this helps us support child welfare and development better.
Funded Hours
We are pleased to provide government funded hours and this brings down the cost of your childcare. You can learn more about how funded hours work HERE. The important principle here is that the Government funding applies to the Daily Standard Childcare – and only for 38 weeks per annum.
The Government funding is there to support just the minimum cost of care – no meals, no consumables, no forest school etc. And there are nurseries who choose to offer this standard care. Inspirations Nurseries is different. As a setting when we established 20 years ago, we wanted to focus on the best, most innovative care possible – to stay up to date with what’s needed for excellent childcare in the critical early years.

The funding covers up to 15 or 30 hours of early education and childcare a week for 38 weeks a year and we can stretch this funding over the year. Our Opt Out Policy is available on request. You can see how funding reduces your childcare costs here:
Discounts
Parents choosing to book 5 days per week benefit from a 10% discount (under 3’s only). Siblings under 3 also qualify for 10% discount (applies to the older child). There are no refunds for sickness and holidays.
